Building a Market Leader: Full'r Burgers Brand Transformation
As Full'r Burgers entered a new phase of growth, it became clear that their brand identity, originally designed for cloud kitchen operations, needed to evolve. Operating alongside two other brands under the same cloud kitchen umbrella, Full'r reached a point in its growth where the need to separate the brand from the other concepts was pivotal, particularly as it aimed to establish itself as a market leader in a space newly opened by McDonald's exit from the local market. Our approach began with the creation of an experiential playbook, designed to unify the customer journey across all outlets and touch points, ensuring consistency at every level of interaction. From there, we built on the existing brand identity, refining it to be easily replicated across multiple locations and extending it into interior design concepts that felt fresh, fun and family-friendly. This strategy placed strong emphasis on developing a cohesive visual language and a scalable brand experience, ultimately driving significant growth for the brand.

Before Brand Development

As Full'r Burgers expanded, inconsistencies in identity, experience and positioning became apparent. These were understood to be driven by overlapping concepts, an underwhelming dine-in environment and a lack of clear appeal to families.
Proposed Outlet Concept

By developing a balanced colour palette capable of supporting bold primary colours, we created a flexible system for interior design and physical touch points, bringing the brand to life as a cohesive and scalable experience.
Concept Rollout

Following the brand refresh, Full'r Burgers saw sales double, three new outlets were successfully launched and expansion plans were set in motion. A clear increase in positive Google reviews was also visible, signalling stronger customer engagement, improved brand recall and a more compelling overall experience.
"The team gave us regular, valuable insights that we could apply immediately while running our business. As we explored a new direction, we felt confident knowing we were in good hands. Even when things felt uncertain the team 'stitched the parachute' for us and made sure we landed safely."
